Scott Penry became a journeyman carpenter in 1978 and since then has completed nearly 300 projects ranging from framing new homes in Invermere BC to general contracting and construction management during 16 years in the Okanagan. While in the Okanagan, Scott’s enthusiasm for skiing and the mountains took him to Silverstar Mountain where he was involved in building the early ski village and numerous custom ski retreats. In Vernon BC, Scott’s talents in construction management were utilized in having his team renovate and strata title a 75 unit apartment building, a project that required working closely with all levels of city administration and building inspectors. Scott’s carpentry and construction expertise and his outgoing and eager personality has attracted numerous interesting and unique projects throughout North America. Ally combines a strong administrative and management background gained from years in the non-profit sector and a passion to succeed in her own business. Having created and operated a one-of-a-kind construction catering business provided experience in accurate record keeping and accounting. Ally manages the administration of Black Pine Builders Inc. projects with persistent attention to detail ensuring that you are kept informed and your project is kept on schedule and within budget.
